Fourthwalling: It's a bit tricky with Margaery. It's something I'm willing to consider, depending on the character and circumstances.
IC =/= OOC: There really isn't an issue here that I can think of. If you feel like the lines are being blurred on my end or yours, just let me know. I'd rather talk things out.
Platonic Physical Contact: She has a certain amount of propriety, but she welcomes fond gestures. Maybe not always hugs, depending on how well she knows them.
Romantic/Sexual Physical Contact: Margaery has only had relationships with those that she can gain power from. I'm open for someone trying to sway her into actual feelings.
Violent Physical Contact: Ask first.
Mindreading: Ask first.
IC Personal Boundaries/Warnings: Margaery has recently been kept in the Black Cells, deprived of water and hit with a wooden ladle, as well as surrounded by squalid conditions. Mild PTSD with it.
