The girl shrank back for a moment, her blue eyes wide and uncertain as she gazed up at the imposing man. The sunlight shimmered over her, catching in her red hair and turning it ablaze. There were stories about the court, stories that would frighten a child triple her age, many of them whispered by her septa to the servants. They spoke of the King of the North who rode into battle on a giant direwolf and could turn into a direwolf himself.
Margaery reached out, placing her hand on Cassana's shoulders. "This is Robb Stark, sweetling. King Robb." She added quickly, glancing towards him. Renly seemed to forget that or ignored it completely. Rather than pay him further insult, she would use his title frequently, even at banquets or in passing. She would show him the respect that Renly denied him. "How do we greet kings?"
Cassana looked up at her mother, her fingers going to her mouth as she sucked on the tips. Toddling forward, she grabbed the side of her skirt and dipped a curtsy. Margaery clapped her hands. "Very good. Now say hello."
Without taking her fingers from her mouth, she mumbled the words back at him. Her rose crown shifted on her head, suddenly falling to the ground. Grabbing hold of it, she held it out to Robb, offering it to him instead of placing it back on her head.
